PARRAMATTA Chamber of Commerce president Michael Mekhitarian has urged Parramatta hospitality operators to attend future workshops on the Western Sydney Stadium plans.
DYLDAM UNVEILS SITE PLANS
PARRAMATTA-based developer, Dyldam, has unveiled plans for the former 1.25-hectare Cumberland Newspaper site, at 142 Macquarie Street, in the Parramatta CBD. The $500 million mixed-use project includes a 60-storey residential tower containing 964 apartments and 21,000 square metres of commercial and retail space.
GREEN LIGHT FOR HUB
THE proposed Bringelly Road business hub, estimated to host more than 650 jobs and create 230 more during construction, has been approved. Situated on the southern boundary of Western Sydney Parklands near the intersection of Bringelly and Cowpasture roads, the hub will include warehouses, smaller retail spaces, a service station and fast food shops. It will be operated by Western Sydney Parklands.
