CHARTER Hall Group has acquired the development rights for the A Grade building currently being built on the corner of Smith and Macquarie streets, in the Parramatta CBD. IT is 100 per cent pre-leased to Western Sydney University for 15 years and will be home to more than 10,000 students in the first semester 2017. It will have an end value of $220 million.

CONSTRUCTION of the Haven, a 79 luxury residential complex, at Solent Crescent, Bella Vista, is scheduled for April 2016 and is expected to be completed by January 2018. PENRITH has 1.3 million annual visitors injecting $231 million into the local economy every year. Penrith City Council’s goal is to double the number of visitors and increase their spending to more than $500 million annually by 2025.
